“ I've tried Gong Cha in other places, but this one was a bit slow. I called ahead to order my drink and when I came to pick it up, the guy completely forgot to punch in my order. Came by on a Saturday night and there was only one worker and very few people inside, but it took quite a long time to get my order. Besides he slow service, the drinks were good. ”

“ Overall, it was what we ordered and how it was supposed to taste like. The paper straws always throw me off, especially when having bubble tea. I was also not a fan of their cups it came in. They were a flimsy plastic cup, and mine cracked, which in turn ended up all over my and the car. I will say they were great when it came to fixing it. They gave me a new cup completely. Attention to detail is lacking, since the person before us got there, drink and left, but the lady behind the counter announced she forgot to add the sweetness and giggled... saying they hope the person comes back. . . . for first-time customers, this is not good, especially the giggling about it. ”

My mom once went to get drinks here, and her English isn’t the best so they didn’t fully understand and accidentally made the wrong drink, but they were really nice about it and remade it and let her keep the other one too. The bubble tea is not as sweet as other places, which isn’t a bad thing, but take it into consideration when choosing the sugar % ”

“ This is probably the best bubble tea in town. So happy the opened up. We tried the lichi oolong tea, the taro tea and the strawberry passion fruit Earl gray. Everything was delicious and beyond out expectations. The place itself can get loud (this is normal for bubble tea) but is pristinely clean. ”
